Key Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Merchandise Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the agriculture industry and has excellent customer service skills.
* This role will involve providing support to our customers by answering their queries, processing sales and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
* You will work closely with our branch manager to develop strong relationships with our customers and ensure that they receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all customers whether in-store or over the telephone.
* Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting and dispatching of goods.
* Sales Support: Assist customers with pricing and product queries and process counter sales.
* Maintenance: Maintain safety processes and load/unload trucks, dispatch and unpack orders and deliveries.
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment.
* Knowledge: Knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise is ideal.
* Skills: Effective time management and verbal communications skills.
* Personal Qualities: Self-motivated and proactive with a positive approach to customer service.
