* Work efficiently in an administrative role focused on patient care.
* Verify patient GP referrals with Medicare for accuracy.
* Process correspondence promptly and respond to incoming phone calls professionally.
* Manage medical appointments and clinical information via the HealthTrack system.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service in a healthcare environment.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work proactively in a multi-disciplinary team.
* Experience in billing/receipting medical accounts, Medicare, and DVA billing.
* Exceptional phone manner and high attention to detail.
