We are seeking a WHS & Roster Compliance Administrator to coordinate Work Health & Safety (WHS), Return-to-Work (RTW) compliance and Rostering across our organisation. As our WHS & Roster Compliance Administrator, you will:
* Coordinate and monitor WHS compliance systems, registers, and training.
* Conduct workplace inspections and assist in risk assessments.
* Support the administration of Return-to-Work (RTW) programs in line with SIRA and WHS legislation.
* Maintain WHS and incident documentation and ensure timely follow-up of corrective actions.
* Assist with staff rostering and ensure roster practices align with compliance, safety, and Award requirements.
* Prepare WHS and compliance reports for management review.
* Promote a positive safety culture through communication, induction training, and awareness initiatives.
This role is full-time, based primarily at our Eden Street Office in Bega, with occasional work across other Tulgeen sites.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
Essential Criteria
* Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety
* Demonstrated knowledge of WHS and RTW compliance practices
* Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail
* Ability to communicate effectively with staff, managers, and external providers
* Competency using business software systems (Microsoft 365, Excel, SharePoint)
* Currently hold, or be willing to obtain, an NDIS Worker Check and WWCC
* Currently hold a First Aid & CPR Certificate
Desirable Criteria
* Experience in the disability or community services sector
* Understanding of the SCHADS Award and rostering principles
* Familiarity with compliance or audit preparation
