Job Title: Incident Management Specialist
Hiring for an Incident Management Specialist to lead and enhance operational continuity, safety, and compliance across the organization. This role involves promoting safe work environments through advanced HSE knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have experience in incident management or similar roles, preferably in Mining and Construction. A Certificate IV in HSE is minimum required qualification. Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply HSE knowledge to promote safe work environments.
* Develop and monitor incident and injury programs and contribute to project planning documents.
* Conduct HSE Specialist Duties as required.
* Oversee the full lifecycle of incidents—from identification to resolution.
* Maintain detailed incident logs and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in HSE
* Prior experience in incident management or similar roles
* Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
