Duties and responsibilities
Reporting to the Service Manager, we are seeking a Service Administration Officer on a permanent, full-time basis to work at our offices based in Welshpool, Western Australia.
The primary duties and responsibilities for this role include:
* Attend the service counter and handle service department telephone enquiries being the primary contact for all customers.
* Act as a liaison between customers and Service Coordinators / Managers of various Departments to book in jobs and commence and complete them.
* Process quotations and timesheets.
* Process work orders and invoices and ensure timely dispatch.
* Update customers in relation to the progress of jobs.
* All customer enquiries regarding servicing schedules, status of completion of services and technical or other problems in a prompt and timely manner.
* Discuss queries with Service Co-ordinators, Foreman, suppliers and relevant third parties to provide information to the customer.
* Follow up of customers before, during and after completion of service.
* Attend to customer complaints or special requirements.
* Liaise with COD customers in relation to payment.
* Provide feedback to Manager on the progress of operational daily activities.
* Promote and communicate exceptional customer relations for the service department and the business generally.
* Be aware and comply with, obligations in regards to relevant legislation, ISO on Quality, Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and SSG ethical standards.
* Carry out all other adhoc tasks requested by Management.

What to expect when working with us
The hours of work for this position rotate weekly (Monday to Friday) and will be 8-4pm. Overtime on weekdays may be required from time to time.
