As a Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will be:
* Responding to incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
* Educating customers on products and services
* Troubleshooting issues related to terminals and eCommerce enquiries
* Guiding customers through the EFTPOS activation process
* Resolving complaints through effective communication skills and escalating to team leads when necessary
* Collaborating closely with internal teams to identify or create innovative solutions
* Recording detailed and accurate notes of merchant enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
