The successful candidate will possess Demonstrable track record as a leader within a complex commercial organisation or statutory authority comparable to Venues West.
Proven exceptional team leadership and communication skills as well as the ability to negotiate highly complex commercial contracts.
The ability to think critically, navigate ambiguity and analyse macroeconomic/market trends.
Demonstrated experience anticipating industry shifts as well as the ability to act with agility in a fast-paced environment and effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders.
