Job Opportunity: HR Generalist
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of HR services, including recruitment, employee onboarding, workers compensation, and performance management.
You will work closely with our HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Your role will also involve providing advice and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, as well as reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A tertiary qualification in Human Resources
* A minimum of 3+ years HR generalist experience
* Experience or a willingness to acquire skills in worker's compensation
* Experience working with IR matters
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
