About Your RoleScope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & Learning to work within our People Division. As an experienced Manager, in this role you will: Translate Scope's purpose, vision, values and target culture into talent planning, acquisition, onboarding and learning & development services, systems and solutions. Collaborate to build enterprise capability in inclusive, efficient and compliant talent acquisition and development, measuring uplift through defined performance and compliance metrics and indicators. Your Key FocusYour key areas of accountability will be: Design and embed the architectures, practices (including quality management) and governance mechanisms required for an end‐to‐end job‐readiness spanning talent strategy, short to medium term demand planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, in compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, industrial, policy and budget obligations. Seek, synthesise and integrate the voice of our clients, their support networks (e.g. families), our leaders and our people to co‐design and implement talent acquisition, onboarding and development strategies, plans and services. Lead, develop and continuously evolve Scope's talent acquisition, learning and development services and capabilities, ensuring they are compliant, seamless and sustainable. Promote and embed a culture of ethical, inclusive and accountable service delivery within areas of accountability. What We Look ForTo be successful, you will have Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a high‐volume, regulated and industrially complex environment (or similar). Expertise and extensive experience in contemporary talent acquisition (both volume and strategic recruitment), onboarding and/or learning & development systems and practices. Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain and navigate stakeholder networks to deliver outcomes, including with stakeholders who may have diverse communication requirements. Demonstrated success in building trust and collaborative partnerships with senior and Executive‐level stakeholders, including challenging and influencing to deliver the best outcomes for the organisation. Experience designing, embedding and/or improving systems, processes and/or services to drive compliance and/or improve the end‐user experience. Extensive experience with employer brand best practice, employee value proposition and/or employee experience. Experience in the disability services sector (or a similarly highly regulated and industrialised environment); or the ability to rapidly adapt to the sector. A bachelor (or above) in Human Resources, Business and/or related field would be advantageous.
