You will represent Nestlé in the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths, Independent stores) and be required to negotiate, sell & build displays to optimise store presence for our products based on a weekly work plan.
Responsibilities
* Negotiate, sell and build displays to optimise store presence for Nestlé products in the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths, Independent stores).
* Represent Nestlé with pride, positivity and passion; build strong, long-term relationships with Store Managers.
* Adapt to the weekly work plan and ensure display standards in stores are maintained.
* Be supported by a Territory Sales Manager and work autonomously to achieve commercial outcomes.
* Collaborate to support a positive customer experience and drive sales opportunities.
Flexibility and Availability
* Flexibility is important: availability between Wednesday to Friday is essential with the ability to work additional hours on a Monday and Tuesday during busy periods (e.g., Back to School and Winter).
* Work 46-50 weeks per year, excluding the shutdown period mid-December to the first week in January.
Qualifications
* Have a current, valid driver's license and a safe, reliable motor vehicle is essential.
* Physically able to lift stock for building displays and utilise Nestlé's creative point of sale materials.
* Proficient using a mobile device (provided) to collate data and photograph displays.
* Live within the designated area.
* Be able to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes.
* Applicants must have full Australian working rights.
