About the Role
At Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), we're looking for a dynamic and creative social media professional to help grow and evolve our digital presence. As Manager – Social Media & Digital Communities, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging content and fostering vibrant online communities across multiple platforms. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll help bring our brand to life and ensure our digital channels create real value for members and future professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging content and community plans across social media and digital platforms
* Manage and grow online communities through best‐practice community management
* Create and publish platform‐specific content, including video, across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook
* Monitor social conversations and trends to optimise engagement and performance
* Support paid social campaigns and amplify organic content reach
* Analyse performance data and provide insights to continuously improve outcomes
What you'll bring
* Proven experience with social media, digital content creation and community management
* Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, algorithms and engagement strategies
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
* Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and improve performance
* Curiosity and a growth mindset, with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies (including AI)
* Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Canva or other design/video production tools
About You
* A creative storyteller who knows how to tailor content to different platforms and audiences
* Confident working in fast‐paced, evolving digital environments
* Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships
* Comfortable experimenting, testing, and optimising content to drive better results
* Passionate about building meaningful online communities
