The opportunity:
We're on the lookout for a dynamic and inspiring Learning & Capability Manager to lead the learning experience for all retail roles across our 600+ pharmacies — from retail managers and stock controllers to pharmacy assistants — while playing a key supporting role in professional practice education for pharmacists.
In this exciting, high-impact role, you'll be the driving force behind learning strategy, curriculum design, and capability development. You'll collaborate with industry leaders, suppliers, and network (franchise) partners to deliver innovative and engaging learning experiences that make a real difference — for our people and the communities we serve.
What you'll be doing (and loving):
* Owning and delivering our Learning & Capability strategy for the retail network.
* Designing an end-to-end learning curriculum — from supplier education events to digital learning modules and in-store initiatives.
* Partnering with pharmacists, suppliers, and senior leaders to make learning a strategic advantage.
* Leading a passionate team of Learning & Capability Specialists who thrive on creativity, collaboration, and results.
* Using the latest learning tech and digital tools to keep our teams ahead of the curve.
* Driving a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and fun
What we are looking for:
* A natural leader who knows how to inspire, mentor, and grow a team.
* Strategic, innovative, and a champion of best-practice learning design.
* An exceptional relationship builder who can influence and collaborate with stakeholders at every level.
* Experienced in rolling out large-scale learning initiatives (bonus points if you've worked in healthcare or pharmacy).
* Passionate about making learning engaging, relevant, and impactful.
You'll thrive here if you love:
* Rolling up your sleeves and turning ideas into action.
* Building relationships that matter — inside and outside the organisation.
* Using creativity and technology to deliver outstanding learning experiences.
* Working in a flexible, supportive, and fun environment
