You’ll play a pivotal role in developing people, evolving our service model, and unlocking growth opportunities – all while creating a culture where your team and our clients thrive.As Head of Corporate, you’ll be instrumental in:Leading, inspiring, and developing our national Corporate Broking team day-to-day.Strategically grow the Knightcorp Corporate team nationally, exploring new opportunities and building specialist capabilities.Providing expert broking and technical guidance, particularly on complex and major accounts.Coaching and mentoring your team to success, creating clear pathways for learning, development and performance.Embedding a service-first mindset that enhances the client experience at every touchpoint.Collaborating across the business to ensure we work better, smarter and together.Supporting new business strategies, including placement and client relationship management on large-scale accounts.Playing an active role in the Broker Leaders Team – shaping direction and driving change.Championing a culture of innovation, ownership and collaboration.What You’ll BringProven leadership experience in insurance broking, ideally with exposure to corporate or complex client portfolios.A passion for growing people and building high-performing, motivated teams.Strategic thinking and commercial acumen – you understand how to identify opportunities and turn them into results.A communicator and influencer: You build strong relationships and motivate others with your clarity and conviction.Comfort with ambiguity, a positive attitude, and an appetite for change and innovation.A deep commitment to exceptional client service and an understanding of what modern client experiences look like.Why Join Knightcorp?At Knightcorp, we do things differently.
