Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient running.
* Motivate the team to meet sales objectives through training and mentoring.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor inventory levels and place orders for new merchandise.
* Hire, train, develop and oversee new staff.
* Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
* Deliver customer service excellence, addressing queries and complaints professionally.
Availability Requirements
* Monday: 8:00 – 16:00
* Tuesday: 10:30 – 18:15
* Wednesday: 8:00 – 16:15
* Thursday: 8:00 – 16:15
* Friday: 8:00 – 16:15
Required Qualifications
* Proven ability to manage and lead in a fast‐paced environment.
* Excellent organisational, time‐management and multitasking skills.
* Critical thinking and problem‐solving abilities.
* Friendly, energetic personality.
* Commitment to delivering high‐quality customer service.
* Current or valid police check, or willingness to obtain one if successful.
