We are seeking a rare opportunity for a part-time EA to a CEO of a much respected For-Purpose organisation based in North Sydney. The role is a 6 month contract, with chance of extension. Please note the role is 100% office based.
Responsibilities
* Providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and preparation of briefing materials
* Drafting and coordinating correspondence, reports, presentations and briefing papers
* Supporting Executive and Board meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up actions as required
* Providing hands-on support for meetings and events, including preparation of meeting spaces, coordination of catering, and management of logistics.

* Demonstrated experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in an Executive Assistant role
* Strong capability managing complex inboxes and calendars
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
* Immediate availability on Tuesdays and Fridays (ideally), with the additional day being flexible.
