Senior Lifestyle Therapist

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate resources and staff/volunteers to deliver engaging activities that cater to individual needs.
* Evaluate group and individual lifestyle programs to ensure they meet resident requirements.
* Develop and implement contemporary leisure and recreational programs that promote quality of life.
* Mentor staff and volunteers to enhance their skills and provide person-centred care.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent qualification.
* Light Rigid Bus Licence (Class LR) or ability to acquire within three months.
* Experience in developing and implementing leisure and recreational programs in Aged Care.
* Comprehensive understanding of Accreditation processes and current First Aid/CPR Certificate.
* National Police Check or ability to acquire.
