They're Perth-based, but this role is remote. You'll be trusted to own execution, keep things moving, and make sure the online experience stays sharp as the business scales.
What you'll be doing day to day
* Owning the smooth delivery of online campaigns, launches and updates across the website
* Building and updating landing pages, site content and onsite merchandising to support growth
* Managing EDM and SMS builds, scheduling, segmentation support and list hygiene
* Keeping product data, collections and site structure clean, accurate and conversion-friendly
* Supporting the ecommerce team with reporting, documentation and project delivery
* Working closely with brand, design and sales to make sure the online experience matches the brand promise
* Helping keep the wider digital ecosystem organised, consistent, and moving at pace
What you'll need to be strong at
* Shopify operations and site execution (not just "I've logged in before")
* Getting things live fast, without breaking quality
* Understanding what good ecommerce looks like from a customer point of view
* Being organised enough to run multiple moving parts without chaos
* Communicating clearly with creatives, founders and stakeholders
