About the Role:
This role involves crafting comprehensive marketing strategies, identifying new revenue streams, and overseeing sales performance globally. You will be responsible for aligning marketing and sales efforts to drive business growth and customer acquisition goals.
2. Lead the planning and execution of advertising, promotional, and public relations campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
3. Direct market research and consumer analysis to inform product development and positioning.
4. Oversee digital marketing strategies, including content creation, SEO/SEM, email, and social media engagement.
5. Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, setting clear KPIs and targets.
6. Coordinate sales operations and CRM workflows to optimise pipeline conversion and customer experience.
7. Evaluate pricing structures, product mix strategies, and sales forecasting models to inform business decisions.
8. Monitor ROI of marketing activities and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
9. Foster strategic partnerships, client relationships, and distribution networks locally and globally.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. Proven success in driving sales growth, campaign effectiveness, and team leadership desired.
