THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Manager to build and execute the marketing function across Australia and international markets.
You will design and deliver comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that strengthens brand awareness, drives commercial outcomes, and enhances client engagement in a B2B, relationship-based environment.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience working within an in-house marketing agency or in-house marketing team, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver a comprehensive marketing & communications strategy and tactical plans aligned to business growth plans.
* Manage and execute multi-channel marketing, PR, digital, social, content, and communications initiatives.
* Build confidence in the marketing function by establishing strong processes, project workflows, and performance tracking.
* Deliver measurable results and ROI across all marketing activity.
* Plan and deliver campaigns across digital channels, events, email marketing, social media, and tradeshows.
* Represent the business at industry conferences, tradeshows, and through public speaking opportunities.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Drive client engagement initiatives to support a relationship-based service model.
* Manage agency partners, suppliers, and specialist contractors as required.
* Ensure effective project management and high-quality execution across all marketing activity.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
* Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a B2B services environment.
* Must have experience working within an in-house marketing agency or in-house marketing function.
* Strong understanding of relationship-based marketing, client engagement, and stakeholder communication.
* Experience with building visibility of a brand through PR.
* Conferences and industry event management experience.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform strategy and improve performance.
* Highly collaborative, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable working across time zones with international teams.
