Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
* Providing technical direction and guidance to development teams, ensuring solutions align with Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.
* Configuring and customizing the Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud platform & offline mobile app, including data modelling, security, user interface, and integrations.
* Integrating Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud with other systems and platforms, such as ERP systems or e-commerce platforms.
* Writing clean, scalable, and efficient code using Salesforce technologies like FLOW, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
* Conducting thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of the solutions.
* Deploying solutions to production environments and providing ongoing support and maintenance leveraging the Devops tools
* Designing and developing custom Salesforce applications, including using FLOW, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
* Overseeing the implementation, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, including managing releases and migrations.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and other IT teams, to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
* Ensuring compliance with company standards for coding, testing, and deployment processes.
* Identifying and resolving technical issues, providing solutions to complex problems, and removing roadblocks for the team.
* Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – retail execution features, functionalities, and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
* Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, Consumer Goods Cloud-Retail Execution
* Strong understanding of Consumer goods cloud web & Offline mobile app configuration/customization
* Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including FLOW, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers.
* Experience with Salesforce integrations and data management tools like Data Loader.
* Experience with Salesforce administration and configuration.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience with the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment.
* SDLC Knowledge: Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, such as Agile.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the consumer goods industry and its specific business processes
