About the Role
As a UI/UX Designer, you will design user-centred interfaces for government platforms and enterprise systems. You will conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, personas, journey maps, and experience flows.
* Ensure all designs meet government accessibility and policy standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1).
* Work closely with analysts, change managers, developers, and program stakeholders.
Strong accessibility knowledge (WCAG standards). Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Axure RP, and similar tools. Understanding of government design standards and policies.
