Requirements and abilities:Minimum 1 years in a similar leadership role, a drive to grow professionallyStrong presence, leading from the front to deliver exceptional guest experiencesA strong beverage knowledge, a career history in beverage would be beneficialFinancial acumen – understanding of P&L, budgets, GP, wages, rosters & forecastingExperience in setting staff and company KPIs, goals & targets, increasing salesAble to control front and back of house staff procedures, food compliance, licensingSolutions focused mindset, proven to be able to work autonomouslySkills in recruiting, training, developing new team membersExperience developing managers and managing poor performanceSelf-motivation and exceptional organisational skillsApproved Manager and First Aid certification would be preferredWe offerSupport of strong management teamOpportunity for growth and career progressionStaff discounts across the group- we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a thorough understanding of food and service.
