As a volunteer contributing writer for The Scoop, you'll have the opportunity to attend various theatre productions, media calls, and special events, all while honing your skills and building your portfolio. You'll get to interview inspiring artists, and share your love for theatre with our growing community of readers.
We're searching for talented individuals who are eager to gain valuable experience in the industry and establish connections within the performing arts world. If you're looking for hands-on experience in writing, or simply a passionate theatre fan wanting to share your love for the stage, we'd love to hear from you
Our ideal candidate would be a Journalism graduate or soon-to-be graduate. Excellent communication skills and quick responses to communication are essential.
As a volunteer contributing writer, you'll be an essential part of our team, creating engaging content and helping us continue to showcase the incredible stories that make the performing arts so special.
While these positions are unpaid, the experience, exposure, and networking opportunities will benefit those who love the arts and want to contribute to the growth of the industry.
