**A little bit about the role**:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have a **National Role** as our **DAAP Program Manager. **In this role you will be responsible for the management and execution of a National Employment Program across all nominated facilities including being the single point of liaison.

This role will include:

- Acting as the conduit between the Program's Representative's and Endeavour Foundation.
- Supporting the Team to have a self-sufficient operating model in terms of securing ongoing Services, engagement and day-to-day troubleshooting of the Services
- Facilitating all required training for all Team members
- Providing sufficiently qualified disability Support Officers to provide support to Supported Staff
- Identifying when issues which may affect the Contractor's ability to provide the Services need to be escalated and escalating those issues as soon as practicable to the Program's Representative.
- Leading and coordinate business activities to improve operational performance and outcomes
- Ensuring employees and supported personnel (including sub-contractors) are given maximum opportunities to enhance their skills and to ensure alignment with required NDIS employment and Program outcomes.

**What will you bring**:

- Experience in the Disability sector
- Business experience including Profit & Loss accountability
- Ability to work in a highly structured/rule-based environment
- Experience in a multi-site leadership role with a focus on people, profitability, safety leadership and service excellence.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching individuals and delivering training, preferably those with disability and individuals that may present with behaviours of harm to achieve set outcomes and desired behaviours within the workplace.
- A strong team leader and team member with ability to influence and develop teams to improved performance.
- Interpersonal and communication skills required to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders and deal with issues of a sensitive nature.
- Demonstrated knowledge, or ability to understanding of disability services provision and NDIS or the ability to develop.
- Ability to manage the operations and delivery of services aligned with organisational policies and procedures.
