This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in a 12-month fixed term contract. As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality people outcomes and enhancing leadership capability across the organization.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can confidently step in, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive positive cultural and organisational change. In this role, you will provide high-level strategic and operational HR advice, manage complex employee relations matters, and partner with leaders to enhance team culture and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities
In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you will deliver insights and support through data-led workforce planning and projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant degree and ideally four years' experience in a senior HR role, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. You will also need proven experience in HR Business Partnering, sound knowledge of employee relations, change management, and workforce planning.
