We're on the lookout for skilled **Forklift Operators** to join our team at **CSR Hebel in Somersby**.
This is more than just moving product - you'll play a key role in making sure our customers get what they need, when they need it. You'll be part of a tight-knit, safety-focused logistics team that values doing things right the first time.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Safely loading/unloading trucks and shipping containers
- Picking and assembling sales orders
- Operating forklifts (counterbalance & ideally high reach)
- Keeping stock areas clean, organised, and efficient
- Scanning, SAP transactions, and basic warehouse admin
- Supporting site safety initiatives and WHSE compliance
- Cycle counts and general inventory support
**About you**:
- Valid forklift licence (high reach is a bonus)
- Previous experience in warehouse/forklift roles
- Reliable, proactive and safety-first mindset
- Good with systems (SAP experience a plus)
- Works well under pressure and values being a team player and collaborator

**Hours/Shift Info**:
- 3 roles: rotating fortnightly (Week 1: 4am-12pm / Week 2: 12pm-8pm)
- 1 role: 9am-5pm Mon to Fri
