The Position
- Working closely with the Site Operations Team and Senior Management you will be responsible for ensuring the administration of contract administration through the following;
- Prepare and distribute periodical and adhoc reports to scheduled time‐frames;
- Record meeting minutes;
- Maintain administrative records and complete data entry;
- Process financial transactions:
- Complete billing procedures and process receipts;
- Coding and approving invoices;
- Maintain 3‐way matching records on deliveries;
- Reconcile invoices for payment;
- Complete month‐end procedures;
- Coding contractor invoices;
- UDWL/Loss reporting;
- General ledger validation;
- Follow company policies and procedures;
- Communicate effectively;
- Other duties as required.
The Person
- Demonstrated experience in Site Administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy
- Knowledge and experience processing financial transactions/reconciliation
- High level communication skills is essential to be successful in the role
- Team player and able to work autonomously
- A Functional Medical with Drug and Alcohol Test, Police Check is required to be completed by the successful applicant
