Eligibility requirements

* You'll need to be an Australian citizen and eligible for Australian Defence Security Clearance due to the nature of our work.
* You must have completed at least a Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline in 2024 or 2025, or expect to complete all requirements of your studies by December 2026.
* You will need to be available to work full time from February 2027 in the agreed location.
* Please note our Graduate Programs are carefully curated for those early in their career.

About the Opportunity

As an Electronics Engineering Graduate at BAE Systems, you will:

* Design, implement, integrate, test, qualify and install hardware equipment and systems to meet defence and commercial requirements
* Utilise appropriate design capture and analysis tools to aid the development process
* Conduct trade studies to determine the strengths and weaknesses of candidate solutions
* Undertake the translation of the design into a manufacturable solution incorporating changes as required
* Support and conduct integration, verification and qualification activities to ensure that the product meets all requirements including safety and regulatory requirements
* Comply with the requirements of the BAE Systems Quality Systems as they relate to your areas of activities
