About This Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our graduate program in automation and robotics. This 6-month paid opportunity will provide the chance to work on cutting-edge projects, gain hands-on experience, and learn directly from industry experts.

As an engineering graduate, you will have the unique chance to collaborate closely with experienced engineers, acquire practical skills, and contribute to proof of concept and R&D duties. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your capabilities during the internship to seize potential employment opportunities with our customers and foster stronger relationships between us and universities through the program.

Your Responsibilities

* To learn: Collaborate closely with experienced engineers, receiving mentorship and guidance. Acquire practical skills in Automation and Robotics through comprehensive training programs, hands-on experience, and observe real industrial processes.
* To contribute: Proof of concept and R&D duties which involve testing of vision system and robot concept, assisting with presentations to customers, and testing duties at different customer sites. And assist senior engineers with various duties.
* To thrive: Showcase capabilities during the internship to seize potential employment opportunities with our customers and foster stronger relationships between us and universities through the program.

What We Are Looking For

* This position is suitable for graduates or final year students in Electrical or Mechatronics engineering degree looking to pursue a long-term career with our organization.
* Has exposure to 3D printing technology and basic competence in 3D design software (can translate sketches into detailed 3D models).
* High achiever within their academic and extra circular activities.
* Team player: Effective communication and collaboration skills
* Self-motivator: Be ambitious, hardworking, and willing to step out of your comfort zone.
