Your New Role As the Delivery Manager for the ICT Service Centre transformation, you will provide dedicated leadership for a complex, cross-functional program of work. This role exists to ensure the transformation is delivered in a structured, controlled and well-governed manner-rather than relying on business-as-usual resources.You will be responsible for planning, sequencing and coordinating delivery across multiple phases and workstreams, ensuring technical change aligns with adoption, behavioural change and workforce transition.
