In the heart of Lewisham an Outstanding Secondary School is seeking a Maths Teacher / Maths ECT for a September 2026 start. This is a permanent, full-time position.
The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious Maths Teacher / Maths ECT who can add value to an expanding Secondary Department. The School is renowned for its supportive SLT and strong Progress 8 results across subjects. The School is investing in teaching practices and staff training, creating an exciting time for the department.
Experienced Secondary Teachers can take on a TLR such as KS3 Coordinator or Pastoral Responsibilities. Newly Qualified Teachers (ECT) will be enrolled onto the School's bespoke ECT induction and will work alongside a range of experienced Secondary Teachers.

* MPS1-UPS3 + TLR (size depends on experience)
* Located in the Borough of Lewisham
Person Specification
* Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
* Strong academic background – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
* Must meet the 8 Teaching Standards to a Good or Outstanding level
* Ability to work as part of a large team of Secondary Teachers
* Willingness to listen to feedback
