Your new role

*This role is open at both APS5 and APS6 equivalent levels to support labour hire needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Extract, refine, and prepare datasets, especially from data warehouses, ensuring accuracy through thorough reasonableness checks.
* Design and maintain performance monitoring tools that support ongoing analysis and elevate reporting capabilities.
* Deliver analytical support and data-driven insights that meet formal reporting obligations and contribute to open, accountable practices.
* Use statistical and mathematical techniques to assess performance, evaluate costs, and support diverse project needs.
* Help design robust quantitative models that solve real business problems and support strategic decision-making.
* Tackle ad hoc modelling requests and produce tailored reports that inform and influence.
* Share progress and findings clearly, whether through concise verbal updates or well-crafted written reports across a wide range of stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll bring a degree in Actuarial Studies, Mathematics, or Statistics, along with progress toward Associate or Fellowship accreditation. With 2-7 years of experience in actuarial or analytical roles, you're confident working with data, building models, and delivering insights that support strategic decisions. You've handled ad-hoc modelling requests, produced clear reports, and applied statistical techniques to solve real-world problems, all while keeping organisational goals in focus.
