Job Description
Greeting patients
Managing appointment bookings
Managing payments
Maintaining comprehensive patient records
General administrative tasks
Assisting with rostering, payroll, marketing, training and stock management tasks when required
Working collaboratively with the supportive, close-knit team
Qualifications
Experience in the dental industry - minimum of one year's experience
Comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanour and presentation
Excellent organisational skills with close attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
