You'll shoot and edit videos, run our social channels, and help create high-quality product content including release notes, training material and customer guides.

We're the multi-award-winning team behind Cabinetry.Online (and recent winners of the 2024 Business of the Year at the Geelong Business Excellence Awards). Our platform is revolutionising how cabinets are ordered, visualised and produced online. And we're just getting started.
You'll do:
Video + Creative
* Shoot video on-site with manufacturers, in workshops, offices, and on the factory floor.
* Capture interviews, product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes content and customer stories.
* Edit short-form videos for reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips and longer case studies.
* Produce clean, polished GIFs, screen recordings and micro-demos for software updates and training.
Social + Campaign Content
* Plan, create and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
* Repurpose footage into multiple formats for consistent reach and brand impact.
* Build on-brand PDFs, one-pagers, event flyers, decks and email campaign assets.
Product Content + Support Materials
* Collaborate with software, QA and product teams to produce software release notes.
* Capture screenshots, screen recordings, GIFs and short explainer videos to accompany each release.
* Help produce training content including video tutorials, \"how-to\" explainers and customer onboarding guides.
* Assist in building out Help & Support Centre documentation with clear, simple user-friendly language.
You'll thrive if you:
1. Are confident filming (camera or phone) and directing people on-camera.
2. Have 1-2 years of video production experience.
3. Edit quickly and cleanly in Adobe CC, CapCut or similar tools.
4. Write sharp, persuasive copy and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Have a good eye for storytelling and understand what hooks audiences online.
5. Possess basic copywriting experience for creating engaging and persuasive content.
6. Follow creators and thinkers like Alex Hormozi, Tim Ferriss, Seth Godin, Tom Bilyeu, Gary Vee and Grant Cardone.
7. Enjoy variety: filming, editing, writing, documenting, designing and helping bring our products to life.
