About This Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily site operations, ensuring homes are delivered safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
* Supervising site teams and subcontractors on volume home builds
* Coordinating with Project Managers, Contracts, Drafting, and Estimating teams
* Monitoring schedules, materials, and resources for timely project delivery
* Ensuring compliance with OH&S and company standards
* Managing site reporting, documentation, and communication with stakeholders
* Driving productivity, safety, and quality across all sites
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in volume residential construction
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, OH&S, and site management
* Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills
