* You will play a key role in supporting the team to ensure KPIs and sales targets are met
* Commercial awareness of customer profile, product lines and competitor activity will be essential
* You will act as a brand ambassador for all our brands, supporting and inspiring your team to provide exceptional and personalised customer service
Main Responsibilities
* Support sales and rankings across all brands and pads, constantly monitoring, tracking and responding
* Build strong working relationships and communicate regularly with store and floor management teams
* Team support and day-to-day leadership
* Deliver exceptional customer experience through on-brand teams & product knowledge
* Support visual merchandising and pad presentation in line with each brand's standard
