About the Role:
We are seeking a Clinical Lead to oversee the coordination and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based clinical services and psychological interventions tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
1. Provide client-centred psychological care through assessments and evidence-based interventions, involving families and significant others where appropriate
2. Supervise and manage 6-8 staff (social workers, mental health nurses, or counsellors), and oversee on-site student supervision
