Job Role: Deals Tax Specialist
Key Responsibilities
* We support clients in solving complex commercial and tax challenges, covering infrastructure, private equity, and corporate sectors.
* We work with various teams on M&A projects to provide tax structuring and due diligence services.
* Our team conducts thorough research and analysis of technical tax issues and prepares detailed reports.
* We assist clients in tax compliance by preparing and reviewing trust and company tax returns.
* We collaborate with the Australian Tax Office to obtain rulings and make submissions on policy matters.
