The Role Manage a neat, tidy and local based portfolio of 180 properties Manage a Junior Property Manager and Leasing Consultant Liaising with landlords Conducting repairs and maintenances Rental arrears management Completion of outgoings Carry out regular rent and lease reviews NO accounts and NO weekends. The Candidate: A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License Previous Property Management experience Exceptional organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed Experience in building and maintaining relationships Great presentational skills Be a motivated self-starter The Benefits: These guys are a growing business growing in huge numbers per week!
