The Australian Automotive Group has an exciting new opportunity for a motivated service coordinator to join the multi franchise Service Centre team at our Hillis Motor Group in Wagga.
We are looking for a sales driven individual with a focus on customer service and excellent time management skills.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive service experience from initial contact to vehicle handover.
This role involves:
Serving as the first point of contact for service customers, both in person and via phone and email.
Being the vital link between customers, management, and technical staff.
Convey all customer requirement and concerns to the workshop accurately.
Accurately record customer information and vehicle details in our service management system.
Schedule service appointments efficiently, considering workshop capacity and customer needs.
Liaise with service advisors and technicians to understand repair timelines and requirements.
Managing the daily on flow of repair orders and invoicing.
Coordinate loan vehicle arrangements and manage related paperwork.
To be considered for this role you must have:
Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage service schedules, coordinating repairs, and keeping our customers informed every step of the way thus maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate outstanding time management skills.
Possess the ability to on-sell work to customers and advise on future maintenance requirements.
Previous industry experience preferred but not necessary.
Be highly focused on customer satisfaction.
Must work well in a team environment.
Possess a current NSW driver's licence.
