built to serve communities in need, apply now.Job DescriptionPrimary purpose of the roleThe Director Fundraising and Partnerships is responsible for leading the growth and maintenance of fundraising, partnerships and Corporate and Community volunteer programs across DRA.The focus of the role is to collaboratively plan and win new fundraising, create new partnerships, and build and maintain corporate and community volunteer programs.The role is a key enabler to DRA achieving its strategic intent of broadening its revenue base and becoming financially sustainable and independent by 2030.As such, it is a challenging role that requires a senior leader with the right mix of skills, experience, and professional networks.The role reports to the Head of Strategy and Innovation.Desired resilience and recovery initiatives.Implement an effective partnership and fundraising engagement strategy, framework and model maximise relationships with partners, stakeholders and fundraising opportunities.Develop partnerships with stakeholders and putting systems in place to facilitate DRA resilience and recovery operations, in addition to specific capabilities, programs and projects.Develop and implement DRA’s fundraising strategy and plan across the five revenue diversification streamsResearch and initiate DRA’s new stakeholders and partners capture program to aligned with DRA 2030 Strategic Plan.Research, initiate and manage DRA’s fundraising prioritiesDevelop, initiate and facilitate regular communication strategies with stakeholders to optimise and realise the benefits of the partnership.Actively pursue all opportunities for fundraising to align with DRA’s budgetary and in kind requirements.Oversee DRA’s Customer Relations Management system (CRM).Develop reporting metrics and KRA/KPIs for DRAs fundraising and partnership programs.Collaborate with the CFO to develop and manage DRA’s fundraising targets.Lead DRA’s Corporate and Community Volunteer ProgramOversee the design and implement DRA's Corporate and Community volunteer strategy and program to align with DRA 2030 Strategic Plan to grow corporate and community volunteers up to 10,000 registered by 2030.Provide advice and support on the deployment and management of corporate volunteers during the conduct of DRA field operations.Support the management of a range of external relationships to support DRA to build its Community and Corporate Volunteer management capacity and program.Actively participating in partnership meetings between the NAB Foundation, other partners and DRA to effectively manage the program that fall under this partnership.Oversee, in collaboration with Head of MARCOMs the development of marketing and communications materials to support the marketing of the NAB Foundation Recovery Crew and DRAs Corporate Volunteer program, in collaboration with DRA’s marketing team.Oversee the management of the NAB Foundation Recovery Crew portal and CRM, in collaboration with DRA’s technology department.Oversee Corporate and Community Volunteer specific policy, procedure and processes that address matters such as deployment, safety, insurance, finance and corporate engagement.In collaboration with the Associate Director Community and Corporate Volunteer Programs identify and engage with a range of partners, corporations and community organisations who are interested in deploying their membership base under DRA’s Corporate Volunteer program.Oversee the implement and management of training packages specifically designed to educate DRA volunteers and staff about Corporate and Community volunteers and their importance.Undertake other duties as required by the Head of Strategy and Innovation.Performance reportingPrepare regular reports and updates for senior leadership on the progress and outcomes of activities.Key challenges of the positionThis is a senior role and requires a leader with broad and deep personal and
