Key Duties:
* Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including diary management, minute-taking, and hospitality services.
* Manage lease administration, including tenant debtor arrears control and collection of lease rental charges.
* Process financial transactions, purchase orders, petty cash reconciliation, and banking operations.
* Act as the Market Duty Manager on a rostered basis, covering extended hours and emergency procedures.
