Care Services Worker – The Verge Retirement Village, Burleigh

We are seeking an accomplished and motivated Care Services Worker to join our team at our Care Hub within The Verge Retirement Village.
We are looking for a motivated person to make a positive impact and become part of our close-knit team, providing support and comfort to our residents.
Our community overlooks the picturesque Burleigh Golf Course. The Care Hub provides a genuine alternative to aged care, offering 24/7 care in a boutique environment catering to a maximum of 10 people at a time.
True casual position – availability to pick up shifts when required and cover planned/unplanned leave
Responsibilities
* Assist residents in the Care Hub with all activities of daily living, including mobility, continence management, showering, dressing, personal grooming, and medication prompting.
* Assist with meal preparation as needed.
* Provide domestic and laundry services to care recipients.
* Transport care recipients to appointments (e.g., medical).
* Offer social support and shopping assistance.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support (or equivalent).
* Full Driver's Licence, comprehensive insurance and reliable transport.
* National Police Check (or ability to obtain).
* First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain).
* Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.
