Job Description
This role involves delivering training programs and coaching using a continuous learning model to ensure learners meet accreditation standards.
You will act as a change agent by advocating for the group's strategy and leading innovations in learning practices. By collaborating and exploring new methods, you will enhance the learner experience.
You will stay current with industry trends and best practices through professional development and networking.
Additionally, you will contribute to design reviews of learning solutions, facilitate virtual learning through webinars, and provide coaching to integrate frameworks and tools in real-time.
Training sessions will be conducted onsite, face-to-face, nationwide on a monthly basis, with sessions held in various locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitation of behavioral and technical learning programs for various roles across different divisions.
* Utilise face-to-face and virtual delivery mediums to create a quality learning experience.
* Cooking new starters in embedding learning content in their roles.
* Review current content to ensure user experience and compliance standards are maintained.
* Participate in change activities & undertake minor design maintenance work as required.
* Providing insights on the design of learning programs from a learner and facilitation experience perspective.
* Lead without authority and exercise people coordination skills.
* Exercise coordinated & planned course delivery & time management.

* Practical coaching experience with individuals and teams to improve performance, develop skills and achieve goals.
* Experience coaching individuals at different levels within an organisation, from frontline employees to leaders.
* Facilitation of virtual learning solutions.
* Excellence in classroom delivery either in face-to-face or virtual settings.
