Job Type: Full Time (Wednesday - Sunday)

We're looking for an experienced and driven Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team. This is an incredible opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role in a fast-paced, high-quality environment with room to grow.


What You'll Be Doing

* Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
* Leading the team during service and ensuring smooth, efficient execution
* Creating and refining dishes with a focus on seasonality, flavour, and presentation
* Assisting with menu planning, specials, and new product development
* Maintaining kitchen standards in line with food safety and hygiene regulations
* Training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen staff
* Monitoring stock, ordering, and minimising waste
* Ensuring consistent quality, portion control, and plate presentation


What We're Looking For

* Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or strong background as a Senior CDP
* A hands‑on leader with excellent communication and organisation skills
* Passion for seasonal produce, quality food, and creative menu development
* Ability to thrive in a busy environment with weddings, functions, and à la carte service
* Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
