Business Development Representative Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on connection, can build strong networks, and has a genuine interest in community support services.
This role involves representing our organization to referrers, participants, and partners across Victoria. You will be responsible for building referral networks, identifying new growth opportunities, and maintaining accurate records of meetings and outreach.
* Proactively build relationships with Support Coordinators, LACs, hospitals, rehab teams, and other providers.
* Represent our organization at networking events, expos, and 1-on-1 catch-ups across Melbourne and beyond.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
* Work closely with our operations and marketing teams to align on messaging and service offerings.
* Maintain regular follow-up with leads and referrers to build trust.
* Meet and exceed set referral targets through relationship-based business development.
Requirements:
* Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
* Understanding of community support services and the NDIS.
* Previous experience in a business development, community engagement, or referral-generation role.
* Ability to work towards KPIs and performance goals.
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
