Picture Yourself In The Role
- Delivered meaningful work – collaborated with your product squad to deliver production updates as planned.
- Collaborated cross-functionally with product and engineering leads to plan improvements for upcoming cycles.
- Worked in Figma to deliver solutions that enhance user experience while adhering to our Design System.
- Aligned with the Design Team to synchronize on vision and gather feedback to progress priorities.
- Initiated significant projects by using customer insights to inform the direction of strategic features.
- Interacted with customers through interviews to inform future design decisions.
- Shared your work through walkthroughs with the broader team in Slack.
Location
This role is fully remote and open to candidates in Australia and New Zealand.
Salary
- Australia: $168,000 AUD + superannuation, ESOP
- New Zealand: $170,000 NZD + KiwiSaver, ESOP

Interview Process
- Screener call (via phone, 15 minutes): discuss the role, the team, and your experience. This interview will be with Andrew.
- Technical interview (online, 1.5 hours): portfolio review, a situational exercise, and process questions. With Andrew, Maureen, and Scott.
- Culture interview (online, 1 hour): focus on team collaboration, company values, and role expectations. Meet more of the team.
If you are successful, we’ll speak with references and conduct a police check as part of SOC2 requirements.
