About the role
Statesman Windows' is seeking a full-time Despatch Personnel/ Process Worker to join our team in Cheltenham, SA 5014. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate dispatch of goods from our manufacturing facility.
What you'll be doing
- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
- Maintain inventory and stock control systems
- Liaise with transport providers to coordinate deliveries
- Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks
- Perform general warehouse and logistics duties as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar despatch or process worker role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
- Current drivers license (Class C or above)
