Projects ready to start on time All pre-job checklists completed before boots hit site QA checklists completed without fail Back costing finished within 5 days of job completion Weekly KPI reviews with each team during 20-minute check-ins Weekly operations meeting with trades locked in and productive All variations costed and approved before work starts Performance appraisals completed and documented Accurate data presented in the weekly deliverables meeting
You will own the scoreboard
Labour utilisation above 90 percent Less than 1500 dollars per month in reworks and callbacks
