Overview
Location: Stryker, Perth, Western Australia, Australia. The role relocates to Queensland (Brisbane or Gold Coast) for the right candidate. Territory Manager – Queensland, within the Joint Replacement & Upper Extremities team. Relocation assistance offered. The successful candidate must have full unrestricted working rights in Australia.
What You Will Do
- Sales Plans: Conduct sales activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer focus and education.
- Relationship Building: Build strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximise business opportunities and provide added value through product knowledge and understanding of their needs.
- Customer Support: Develop into a product expert, offering clinical and technical insights in hospital settings.
- Territory Management: Devise a strategic business plan for your territory and monitor progress, sharing findings with the Regional Manager.
- Problem Resolution: Address product issues using knowledge and resourcefulness.
- Operating Room Presence: Support surgeons and theatre staff in the operating theatre, providing technical expertise to registrars, nurses and other personnel as required.
- Inventory Management: Oversee maintenance of product inventory.
What You Will Bring
